½ pacakage green tea noodles
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
1 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp honey
Additional sesame oil, to taste
Cook the noodles according to the directions.
Drain the cooked noodles, plunge in ice water and drain again. then set aside.
Toast the sesame seeds until browned, about 2-4 min. Transfer them to a plate and set aside.
In a bowl, mix together the rice vinegar, soy sauce and honey.
Stir in a dash of sesame seed oil.
Add the noodles and seeds, then toss until well blended.
